We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However,
errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if a product is
listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information.
All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you place an order,
we will inform you and refund the amount if already paid.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We accept
payments via Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price charged will be the price
displayed at the time of placing the order.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any
order. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is accepted and dispatched.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and
may vary due to location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. Any damage during transit must
be reported within 48 hours with unboxing video proof.
8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We offer returns/replacements only in case of:
Damaged or defective product
Wrong product delivered
Expired or near-expiry product
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with clear
photos/video proof. No returns accepted for opened spice packets due to food safety regulations.
Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and verifying the returned
product.
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, images, text, and the brand name "AASTHA" are the
intellectual property of Manikant Agro Foods and cannot be used without prior written
